A problem solver, a teacher, and a communication specialist, Joe pushes his clients and colleagues to maximize their potential. He has a unique ability to break down complex concepts to their core, and communicate them in a way that brings clarity and focus, while inspiring action.

Joe has worked throughout Canada, the USA and Europe consulting and teaching about focused messaging, team communication, and focused leadership.

 

At Spinning Gear Creative, Joe's work as the Creative Director affords him the opportunity to work with clients who need powerful messaging. "What's the core? - we have to figure that out if we are going to service our clients well", says Joe.

 

In 2013, Joe formally launched The McKeckon Group.  A consulting group that focuses executive groups such as a board of directors or management teams on holistic health.  The McKeckon Group coaches clients and leads discovery in the areas of strategic health, communicative heath, team health and individual health. "A healthy company has healthy individuals, who know why they have come together, and can communicate with each other and their stake holders effectively."

 

Joe's greatest passion is seeing others "get it"; "I think each person learns in a unique and distinct way. Helping them pursue their dreams and vision is a privilege. Sometimes that means helping them see blind spots, and sometimes it means helping them celebrate victories, but it always means being honest and straightforward."
